A: Return Policy--Credit or exchange only - no cash refunds. No exchange or

returns on Heat Guns (unless defective and a new one will be given)

Magazines and Markers and in December all Christmas stamps bought are final

sale. No exchange or return on sale items.

Q: How do you ship mail order requests and how much do I pay for processing the orders?

A: We ship by Canada Post or Express Post and we charge the actual shipping

and insurance fee. There is no handling fee.

Q: What happens if I receive anything that is defective?

A: If anything is defective we will exchange it for a new product.

Q: Can I expect to receive special requests quickly?

A: Special orders are welcome but no guarantee is given as to arrival time.

As we have to meet minimum orders with all companies we can't just order one

or two stamps. Ask when you put your order in as to the approximate arrival
